Chance The Rapper cancella il The Big Tour

Chance The Rapper ha recentemente cancellato il suo The Big Tour: il rapper di Chicago rimane a casa.

Sembra che Chance The Rapper non riesca ad equilibrare il tempo in famiglia con quello a lavoro. Il già posticipato tour The Big Tour è stato definitivamente messo da parte con un post di scuse su Instagram. Gli spettacoli dovevano inizialmente partire lo scorso settembre per supportare il suo primo album ufficiale e le nuove date prevedevano un eccitante inizio 2020 per i fan.

Nonostante il post, Chance non ha dato spiegazioni particolari, limitandosi ad un generico:

“Userò questo tempo per stare con la famiglia, fare della nuova musica e creare il mio migliore show fino ad oggi”

Hey guys I’ve decided to cancel the Big Tour. I know it sucks and its been a lot of back and forth with reschedules and rerouting, but it’s for the best. I’m gonna take this time to be with family, make some new music and develop my best show to date. I’m deeply sorry to anyone with a ticket who has supported me this past decade by coming to a show and rocking out with me and I feel even worse for anyone who was planning on making this their first Chance concert. Thank you all for an amazing year, and a huge thanks to my team and family for being so strong through this whole year. I promise to come back much stronger and better in 2020 and hope to see some of you guys there. I truly love you and God bless.

The Big Day, uscito lo scorso 26 luglio non si rivelò forse l’evento che in molti si aspettavano. Cattivo marketing, promesse non mantenute e la assenza, forse, di un pezzo trainante si sono fatti sentire.

L’artista non è riuscito a dare seguito a quei momenti speciali legati alle sue precedenti due release? Speriamo che il 2020 veda il ritorno di un Chance più deciso.
